ClearClause is not a law firm, and nothing produced by ClearClause constitutes legal advice. Always consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance specific to your situation.
ClearClause offers a free tier allowing up to 2 simplifications per month. Paid plans and pay-per-use bundles are available for additional access. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Subscription plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. Pay-per-use credits are non-refundable once used.
You agree not to use ClearClause to process documents containing illegally obtained information, to attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, to submit content that violates any applicable law, or to share your account credentials with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
ClearClause is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated simplifications are legally accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearClause and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on AI-generated simplifications.
The ClearClause name, logo, and website design are owned by the service operator. The AI-generated simplifications produced for you are yours to use freely. You retain all rights to the original documents you submit.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of ClearClause after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
